You want to live the life of a Moroccan family and discover the true culinary traditions of the country? We invite you to come out of the skin of the surface tourist and make true cross-cultural and gourmet encounters.

Your companion Chef “Khadija” will meet you before taking you to his family in their typical Moroccan home located in a less touristy area of ​​the city of Fes, 10 minutes cab drive from the old Medina. “Khadija” will provide you with all kinds of explanations of ingredients, traditions and customs from the moroccan food culture. Feel free to ask questions and share your culinary experiences. The more you interact, the more you will discover!

For a few hours, you will be the student of the chef “Khadija”, who will give you the secrets of the culinary art of the city of Fez, its traditions and its origin.

You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the presentation of gourmet plates. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes you’ve prepared, served with love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.

Three different courses are possible in this cooking class, namely, Moroccan tajine cooking class, Realization and preparation of Couscous from scratch or a session of Moroccan pastries and cakes.
