Meet Your Host: Lhajja Najat
Welcome to the home of Lhajja Najat, your host and chef for the evening. With over a decade of professional cooking experience and a deep-seated love for culinary arts and especially moroccan cuisine, Najat’s story is as rich and flavorful as the dishes she prepares. After years in the administration, she retired in 2005 to pursue her passion for cooking. Her journey has taken her from prestigious restaurants hotels and catering industry, to working full time for Moroccan ambassadors in both South Korea and Sudan, where she dazzled international guests of the embassy with the exquisite flavors of Moroccan cuisine.
