Very friendly chef- Younis, who greeted us, guided us around the stalls of food and spices which, will be our ingredients for cooking. Enjoyable instructional class learning how to prepare and cook; picked up some useful tips! There were diners coming in for lunch and saw us cooking. It created a bit of a fun atmosphere.

We did the cooking course at Dar EL Médina restaurant in Rabat. Chef Youssef was great, you can see that he is a passionate chef who enjoys sharing his passion. We learned a lot about Moroccan cuisine and everything was well explained in French. The dishes made were very good, I recommend without hesitation the price is up to the service offered.
