These terms and conditions contain legal obligations and we encourage you to read through them carefully. Unless otherwise started, any purchases made through moroccanfoodtour.com, our distributors, and our affiliates are subject to these terms and conditions.
Introduction
Moroccan Food Tour (MFT) is a registered brand under the ownership of Souk Explorer, registered with the OMPIC (Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property). The company is officially registered in the Court of Rabat. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or booking our services.
Booking and Payment Terms
– Booking System: We manage bookings through Rezgo, with payments processed via Trust My Travel. Both services have their own Terms and Conditions, and we encourage you to review them:

– Payment Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon payment through Trust My Travel. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is received.
– Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may apply for custom or multiday tours.
– Full Payment: Full payment is required before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Cancellations/No-Shows and Amendments to Bookings
Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund, unless otherwise specified on the individual tour page.
– No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will result in a 100% charge, unless otherwise specified on the individual tour page..
– Changes to bookings may be accepted based on availability and must be made 48 hours in advance.
4. Modifications
– Changes by You: Modifications to your booking must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled start of the tour. We will attempt to accommodate the changes but cannot guarantee availability.
– Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational concerns or force majeure events. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Liability
– We are not liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages during participation in our tours, including third-party services provided (e.g., guides, restaurants, transportation).
– Third-party Services: Although we work with carefully selected partners, any disputes regarding their services must be addressed with the third-party provider.
6. Health and Safety
– Participation in tours requires a certain level of physical fitness. Please inform us of any health concerns before booking.
– Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow local regulations and guidelines.
7. Travel Insurance
– Moroccan Food Tour strongly recommends all participants secure travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen incidents. Moroccan Food Tour is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
8. Financial Protection
– Trust My Travel protects cardholders in case of insolvency. When booking, it’s essential that the traveler’s correct information (name, email, and payment details) is provided. In the event of insolvency, Trust My Travel (TMT) can only protect cardholders if their details match the booking. If incorrect information is used, TMT cannot offer protection.
For travel agents or suppliers booking on behalf of customers, the responsibility for providing accurate details falls on the agent, not TMT.
9. Force Majeure
– We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions (force majeure). In these cases, refunds or rescheduling will depend on our ability to recover costs.
10. Photos and Marketing
– By participating in our tours, you agree to allow Moroccan Food Tour to use any photos or videos taken for marketing purposes, such as on social media or our website. If at any time you wish for a photo to be removed, please contact us at contact@moroccanfoodtour.com, and we will promptly comply with your request.

12. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through good faith negotiations. If not resolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of Morocco, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Rabat.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
