Led by a local Mama Chef, the class invites you into a real Moroccan home to learn how traditional Fassi dishes are prepared, shared, and passed down through generations.

From selecting fresh ingredients to cooking side by side and sharing the meal together, this experience offers a genuine connection to Fez through food, stories, and warm hospitality.

You can expect a relaxed and immersive cooking session focused on simple, seasonal Moroccan dishes. Rather than rushing through recipes, the experience gives space to observe, ask questions, and enjoy the rhythm of a traditional home kitchen.

What an amazing experience from the start to the end. Our host Rabab met my husband & I near our hotel & then walked to the local market portion of the Medina & bought the ingredients for our lavish meal we were going to cook. Rabab was so friendly & easy to talk to. From there we walked to the nearby hotel where we were going to prepare our meal.

We had such a pleasant time with Rabab and the rest of the staff during the cooking class. We were taken to local grocers and shown what to buy to prepare our dishes. Prior to the tour, the guide asks you if you have any allergies or preferences, so the menu is prepared specifically for us! The cooking class was a wonderful experience with a lot of warmth and patience. We learned how to cook with a tagine, and used hyper-local ingredients which made the food taste so good!

Beautiful chef and organization. A gastronomic break with a different point of view. Very interesting to be able to buy the ingredients at the market. Simple to reproduce. I advise.
