MARRAKECH POTTERY WORKSHOP
Craft Moroccan ceramics in a peaceful olive tree garden with expert artisan potters.
Shape Moroccan Clay Like a Local Artisan
This pottery workshop is more than just a craft session — it’s a cultural experience rooted in Morocco’s long-standing ceramic traditions.
Led by skilled local artisan potters, the workshop invites you into a peaceful olive tree garden in the palm grooves of Marrakech to discover how Moroccan ceramics are shaped, refined, and passed down through generations.
From centering clay on the wheel to hand-building your own unique piece, this experience offers a genuine connection to Marrakech through craftsmanship, creativity, and meaningful exchange.
What to expect
You can expect a relaxed and immersive pottery session focused on traditional techniques such as wheel throwing and handmaking. Rather than rushing through the process, the workshop allows time to observe, ask questions, and enjoy the tactile rhythm of working with clay in an open-air garden setting.
It’s an informal, shared moment where creativity flows naturally and time slows down — offering a deeper appreciation of Moroccan artisan culture beyond the Medina.
