In Casablanca, you’ll step inside a local Moroccan home where the table is set, the bread is warm, and the conversation flows naturally. You’ll enjoy a 4-course homemade dinner prepared with family recipes passed down through generations — while discovering daily life, traditions, and the true spirit of Moroccan hospitality.

What to expect

You’ll spend 2–3 relaxed hours in a private family home in Casablanca enjoying a 4-course Moroccan dinner served family-style. The evening typically includes traditional salads, fresh warm bread khobz, a slow-cooked main dish such as tajine, a typical dessert and mint tea atay to finish.

During the booking process, you’ll be able to choose your preferred main dish — beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or a vegetarian option — so your dinner reflects your taste while staying true to Moroccan tradition. This small private-group experience is designed for meaningful cultural exchange in a warm, relaxed setting.

This experience has a minimum booking of 3 guests (120€ total). We can accommodate groups of 2 to 12 guests. If you’re booking for 2, simply select the 3-guest minimum. For larger groups, add participants to match your group size.

Spending New Years Eve with Wissal and her mother Mahra was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Morocco. Though Mahra worked behind the scenes, the evening would not have been possible without her. We were welcomed so warmly into their home, we felt like family by the time we left. We enjoy learning how to make a traditional tajin, mint tea, 2 different types of salad, and virgin Mojitos. We had wonderful conversations about Moroccan culture, family life and traditions. We tried on traditional Moroccan celebration wear. This was a master class in hospitality! Do your self a favor and book this class immediately!!!

We had an amazing time with Wissal and her mom and cousin. It was a small and intimate experience, that really felt like we got to know our host and the other guests. Both my friend and I said that this experience with the TOP experience of our week long trip in Morocco. I would highly highly recommend it. We also tried different tagines throughout our week, and our favourite was the one we made with Wissal and her mom.

We did the cooking class yesterday and hands down of the multiple cookery courses we have throughout the world this was the most authentic and hospital. From the first texts with the address details the experience is perfect. Once you arrive at their home(please remember that and be ready to be without your shoes) the welcome is warm and friendly. This isn't just about cooking it's about experiencing how a real Moroccan family (and Nonna) live and cook.
