We had a wonderful morning at this workshop, everyone was so friendly and relaxed. Abdul our guide picked us up from our riad, and was super nice and helpful. My daughter was really happy to have a go at making and especially painting the pots, it was a very calming and enjoyable experience. We are very happy we did this workshop and have some lovely personal souvenirs to take home with us. (Try to do the workshop with some time to spare to allow for the pottery to be fired afterwards).

It's a great experience, highly recommend if you have extra time to spend in Fes. The tour guide took us to the factory where we meet the local masters and craftsmen. He explained the procedure of making clay pots, coloring them, and making ceramic palete. The masters demonstrated us while he's explaining. Then we got a chance to try it out for ourselves, with the guidance of the masters. We got to take home what we made.

What an experience, we were picked up from the meeting point we went to the ceramics school and made our own Tajine and we painted our own chooses designs on it. All the staff was kind, smiling and hospitable we discovered this very old craftsmanship in a unique way. Highly recommended.
